Accountant

What you see

Operations: dashboard, workbench, bank statements, matching, allocations, posting flow, Syrve documents, anomalies, and audit information within the assigned scope.

Typical day

  1. Check the active organization/outlet.
  2. Import and review statements.
  3. Resolve supported counterparty matches.
  4. Compare allocations with documents and follow the visible approval steps.
  5. Handle anomalies and review evidence.

Allocating a supplier payment

  • Choose FIFO for an automatic proposal. Only processed, non-deleted, currently payable documents are used; switch to manual mode before confirm when explicit amounts are needed.
  • Review bank payment, document settlement, unallocated bank amount, and remaining invoice debt as separate values. Remaining invoice debt is valid when the whole bank payment is assigned.
  • When the payment exceeds current debt, the UI shows a required future supplier advance. Confirm and posting remain blocked because the Syrve advance write/readback contract is not verified.
  • Refresh Syrve documents when processing state is unknown, not processed, or deleted. UI state cannot override backend guards.

What you must not do

Do not manage platform users, platform settings, quotas, or Syrve credentials. Do not bypass anomalies, preflight checks, idempotency, or audit controls. Production payment writing is not a routine permission in the current phase.
